Appleton Park Central

No matter how ideal your home is, we know the importance of getting out. We also know that you may not want to necessarily go to a place that is filled with a lot of people.

That’s why we have the perfect compromise! The first floor of Park Central is designed for socializing, working, or even “social alone time”.

This area contains multiple spaces - from tables that are perfect for working & collaborating, counter style seating (at the window facing College Ave) ideal for socializing or getting creative, and individual seats perfect for some you time.

This is what you walk into when entering the building.

From here, there is a large commons area to the left - which is perfect for catching up with a friend or getting some work done outside of your home (but still at home, if you know what I mean).

Straight ahead are the mailboxes, on-site management office, and finally the elevator to take you beyond.
