We’re growing and looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to join our team in the Greater Fox Cities! This role oversees civil construction projects from pre‑construction to completion, including earthwork, utilities and demolition.

What you’ll do:
- Lead project planning, budgeting and scheduling
- Manage teams, subcontractors and client communication
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of civil construction project management experience
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills

Site grading and excavation are underway for the new 77,000SF facility that will host Rivian and Paul Davis Restoration. The team is making strong progress in preparing the site for construction.
