Hey there, Dobry Denners! Thanks for all your bread love and support. You have been amazing. To say thanks, we have a couple of your favorites on deck for this Saturday. 🌞
First up, our famous Rosemary Sea Salt Focaccia! Light and airy, this stuff melts in your mouth. We are guessing we'll sell out fast. So in order to make sure folks have a chance to grab a loaf, we are asking for one loaf per order. If you want more than one, just let us know and we will put you down on the list for any extras. $9 😋
Next, we have one of our personal favorites, the Czech Country loaf. This versatile loaf has a slight rye flavor and goes well with anything, including toasted with extra butter! $10 🧈
Order by Wednesday for Saturday delivery by sending us a text at 920-785-8100 or a note at [email protected]. As always, we bake small batches chock-full of love and delivered fresh to your door. Quantities are limited. ❤️

An Announcement from Your Friends at Dobry Den:
Hey there, bread friends! When we started this artisan bread experiment almost 3 years ago, it was a side project that has been completely new in all respects. We had no idea what would happen. We thought we would give it a year or so baking from home, and a year or so in a commercial kitchen. After that, we thought we would have a decent idea of how the bread fit into the rest of our lives – family time, personal time, and of course our day jobs.
We’ve now had a year in the kitchen, and the anticipated 2 years has stretched into almost 3. We’ve now had time to see how it all fits together and have decided that at the end of February we will be letting the oven rest to spend more time on the other things in life. We will be baking on February 4, 18, and 25 (and taking the 11th off).
Many great things happened over the past 3 years, including making great new friends like you. We won't say this is a final goodbye, but we know we need some time. We really appreciate all of you, from those who were able to check out what we have had going on, to those who ordered a few times, to those who have been with us from the beginning. We are grateful for your bread love and support. ❤️
As we mentioned, we will be baking through the end of the month. This Saturday we have two of our all-time favorites. Our handcrafted English Muffins (8/$12) and our Cranberry Walnut Loaf ($10). Order by Wednesday for Saturday delivery at [email protected] or by text at 920-785-8100. As always, we bake small batches with extra love so quantities are limited. 🥯 🍞 😋

Hey there, bread friends! Well, it looks like our December isn't working out as planned. Unfortunately, we're going to need a little more time before we can get back to baking. With the holidays just around the corner, it just makes sense for us to take off the rest of the month. But don't worry... we'll be back in January, baking spirits bright, once again.
Happy Holidays, friends! And thanks for all your bread love and support this past year!🥰

Good days start with good bread.
Dobry´Den (dough-bree den) is Czech for good day!
Dave Praska, is an attorney by day, baker by night. What started as a weekend hobby for family and friends after attending an artisan bread camp in Louisville, Kentucky in 2016, has turned into a full-fledged passion to share old-world artisan bread with our community. In 2017 he took an e-seed class at Fox Valley Tech to try to figure out if there was a reasonable business model that would allow him to share high quality, small-batch, artisan bread with the community.
We launched Dobrey Den Bakery, LLC as a home-based microbakery in 2020 in an effort to pursue those goals. Our name, Dobry Den Bakery is a salute to Dave’s Czech heritage. We love the idea that good days start with good bread. After all, if you’re eating good bread, you have a good chance at having a good day.
We want to start out slow, keeping the batches small and the quality high. We will showcase our tried and true breads and pastries, along with trying some new offerings along the way. Our goal is to offer breads that you can’t find locally, or easily. Think of an old-world Euro-Bakery... a fond childhood memory of something a parent or grandparent used to make. Dave believes that bread is more than a food—it’s an experience that should be enjoyed with others.
