It’s finally Friday and we’re getting closer to warmer weather and sunny days! Fresh fruits and vegetables will soon be making their grand appearances at the farmer’s markets on weekends.
Naturally, many people tend to begin gravitating towards lighter foods and drinks with the change in temperature. Smoothies and freshly squeezed juices can be great alternatives for carbonated sodas, store-bought juices that are processed and full of added sugar, and those granola bars you may be getting sick of every morning.
Not only are they delicious, but what are the benefits of each you may be wondering?
Check out the graphic below to begin learning about the unique nutritional values on your body!
