This home has a exterior chase that went above the first and second stories. The chase box leaked for many years. House wrap was never applied and siding was poorly installed. We completed framing, sheeting, house wrap and flashing to rehab this area. Thanks for viewing.

Roof maintenance on a condo unit. One of the guys is spraying treatment on a north slope that has small amount of lichen and moss. Currently most brands of shingles have an ar protection against these organisms but this weakens over time and must be dealt with asap upon discovery. Lichen, moss and algae will damage a roof and should not be power washed as that can damage the mineral surface.

We did a siding and soffit job over the winter that made a dramatic change to this residence.
