My name is Crystal Nitz, Realtor with Cardinal Realty. Cardinal Realty is an independent, family-owned Real Estate Firm serving the greater Fox Valley Area. We pride ourselves on giving all Clients and Customers the one-on-one attention that we would expect for any member of our own families.

Not only am I a Realtor serving the greater Fox Valley Area, but I am also an affiliate of an amazing National Foundation whose purpose is centered upon giving back to others; Homes for Heroes. Homes for Heroes gives discounts to our local Heroes when buying or selling a home. Our local Heroes include: Fire, Police, Healthcare, Teachers, and Military (Active or Retired). There is no greater feeling than to give back to those who sacrifice so much to always keep our community and our families safe. Thank you, Heroes, for all you do!

I would like to tell you all a little bit about myself and “My Why”. I am a Mother to 4 children, wife to Ben, and Realtor with Cardinal Realty. I was a Stay-at-Home Mom and Part-time Student for 10 years. While I was a Stay-at-Home Mom, I worked to earn my Bachelors Degree in Human Resources. After earning my Degree, my friend, Nicole Annis (Broker/Owner of Cardinal Realty), asked me if I would be interested in Real Estate? At the time, I did not think that I had the time to commit to what I imagined to be a crazy 24/7 career. Being a Mother to 3 herself, she assured me that I could make it work. With her encouragement, and my Husband’s support, I signed back up for school and began what has been the best career choice.

I have been licensed since 2018 and have truly enjoyed the flexibility this career choice has given me. Although nights and weekends are a must, my clients have been very supportive and understanding of my family’s needs and we work together to ‘Make it Work’. I am so grateful and thankful to have met all of my clients. Assisting them with their families wants, needs, dreams, and desires has truly enriched my life and I couldn’t be more happy and proud to see them achieve their goals!
