OMG why do they think it's a good idea to have stairs going up to the gym floor??? You have to walk DOWN them to leave. My trainer literally had my legs trembling doing deadlifts today. SMH.

Anyway!

I'm officially out of my Land O' Lakes office!
Back to one location.
Fully focused on Appleton. PHEW!

My trainer beat the sh** out of me this week too. I'm sore. Epsom salt baths every night. Massage scheduled. Running my iCare every night. Have I ever told you how much I love my iCare?

I've always been fortunate to be able to sleep and zonk out as soon as I hit the pillow. As a business owner though, I'm exhausted by the time I should be going to sleep. But I still force myself to stay up and finish work. Like I could go to sleep at 9...but I need to do these 25 things first. So then I stay awake and pay for it later.

I've been focused on time management this past week, so I'm not forcing myself to stay up. Sleep is part of the protocol now, not an afterthought. Lots of Chinese herbal medicine in my regimine for things like cortisol.

One indulgent day, still down 2 lbs the day after. Sore muscles. Simplified life. That's a good week.
