One of my favorite signs that spring is finally here 🌷

After everything lately—busy days, work, and getting over being sick—it felt really good to step outside and see my tulips starting to come up. It’s the little things.

This is your reminder that even in the middle of the chaos, there are always small moments worth slowing down for 💛

Also… yes, my work bag and laptop are never far away 😂 always ready in case something comes up!

A Day in the Life of a Realtor

Today started a little earlier than I would’ve liked… around 4:30am finishing up my sourdough bread — and of course, Millie decided that meant it was time for her to be up too.

After that, I spent some time at Menards (I pick up a couple shifts there — a little extra income and the discount doesn’t hurt either!).

Then it was home for a nap, followed by a trip to urgent care… turns out this cold decided to turn into a sinus infection.

And now, ending the day watching this one enjoy her creative side — painting, focused, and completely in her own little world.

Some days are busy, messy, a little exhausting… but still full of these little moments in between.

Real estate fit in where it could today — a few messages, a few check-ins — but mostly, today was about just getting through the day and soaking in the moments that matter.

Hoping tomorrow is a little less eventful. 💛

Happy first day of spring! ☀️

After the snowstorm earlier this week, it felt so good to get outside and enjoy some fresh air. We took a family walk this afternoon, and it was one of those simple moments that just fills your cup a little.

This time of year always feels like a fresh start — not just in real estate, but in everyday life too. Things start picking up, people start thinking about moving, and everything just feels a little lighter.

For me, it’s also a reminder of why I love what I do. Real estate fits into these moments — the walks, the family time, the in-between parts of the day.

Spring is here, and I’m ready for it. 🌷
