Gratitude (n.): a state of conscious appreciation that shifts our energy, softens the nervous system, and opens us to receive more of what supports and uplifts us.
Bring your yoga mat, eye mask, cozy blanket, water, and a journal as we tap into this powerful frequency and explore how gratitude can elevate and amplify your life.
💚As an offering of gratitude, the suggested energy exchange is a canned good or meal donation made to your local food pantry.

I’m BEYOND EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE, Movica Hair Studio is Officially located at 3232 N Ballard Rd. Appleton inside of !!!!!!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳
I am so proud of this new space, I look forward to you all relaxing and feeling refreshed and beautiful when you leave!
Reiki will be offered again, as well as some other things in the future!✨
