Hot take: Sleeping with wet hair twisted on top of your head might save time, but the bedhead aftermath is NOT worth it. Trust me!

You think you're being clever. You're not. You'll wake up looking like you stuck your finger in an electrical socket. Those crimps won't come out for DAYS and the frizz... oh the frizz!

Your 10 minutes of "sleep time" just cost you an hour of styling tomorrow. Math checks out? I don't think so!

Do your future self a favor - blow dry or let it air dry BEFORE bed. Your hair (and your pride) will thank you.

Don't wear your hair in a messy bun on top of your head when painting a ceiling or you'll end up with paint in your hair - not that I know from experience or anything (yes that is the current state of my hair)

Pro tip: Always secure your hair away from your workspace, especially when tackling overhead projects! Your beautiful strands will thank you later.
