It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jorge Hernandez, Houdini's beloved head chef, affectionately known as "Papi." Jorge was the sole employee who served at Houdini's from its opening day to its closing. His culinary expertise was the heart of many unforgettable dishes that graced the menu throughout the years. Always with a smile, he was not just a colleague but a friend to so many. As a devoted father to three daughters and one son, Jorge's warmth and kindness will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
