I am a Micro Cottage Baker specializing in Sourdough bread. My sourdough starter began with flour, water and natural wild yeast. I use only quality ingredients and use locally grown products as much as possible. I also believe in quality over quantity and keep my baking schedule to a maximum of of 8 loaves per day. I am a pre-order baker and do not keep a cashe of breads on hand every day.
Plain loaves are 10.00. Inclusion breads are 13.00 for the following flavors: Cherry Almond, Raspberry Cream Cheese, Strawberry Cream Cheese, Biscoff & Brie, Jalapeno Cheddar, Bacon Cheddar, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Brown Sugar Cinnamon, Pesto & Parm, Roasted Garlic & Parm. New for fall is Pumpkin Spice, Orange Cranberry Walnut and Apple Apple Apple (Fresh pressed Apple Cider and Locally Sourced Apple Butter are mixed into the dough then swirled with homemade Apple pie compote).
I can also do mini loaves (4) in Plain, Jalapeno Cheddar and Bacon Cheddar. Perfect for a Soup or Chili bowl.
