It’s TRX TUESDAY!! 🙌🏼You’ve asked for it, and here it is! We will be going over the TRX suspension training system and my favorite exercises and uses for them!
Today we have the TRX squat and it’s an exercise I use in my own workouts, my clients programs, and my TRX classes! It’s great for leg and hip strength all while working the core! 💪🏼
💡Exercise Cues:
-Start with your feet hip width apart and hold the straps at your chest.
-Keeping your hips back and your knees behind your toes, descend down into a seated position with the goal of having your legs parallel to the floor.
-Keep your weight in the heels of your foot- you should be able to wiggle your toes!
-Keep your chest and eyes facing forward!
-Smile and have fun!
