We would like to announce that we will be closed for Thanksgiving, and we will re-open on Friday with our normal hours whilst offering our Black Friday deals! We look forward to seeing each and everyone of you!

UPDATE on the PMTA...

All of the products we carry have submitted and been accepted for PMTA review with the FDA. No products (to my knowledge) have been approved by the FDA and the deadline for approval is tomorrow. The goalposts have been moved so many times and the FDA is facing serious political and organizational pressure to eliminate flavored va**ng products from the market.

In the short term, most of our vendors have switched to TFN (To***co Free Ni****ne) which falls outside of FDA regulation. That is a short-term fix that is likely to face a regulatory counter-attack by the FDA and/or states.

What remains obvious to me is that the FDA will have to approve some of the flavored va**ng products in the open systems market for our store to have a positive long-term sign for the future. As a business owner, this has been an incredibly stressful time. Specialized v**e shops will not exist without regulatory approval. We are disrupting an industry with deep pockets and this has been a long-fought battle.

Good Nature has been helping well over 10,000 local people quit smoking since July of 2013 and we will not go down without a fight. We will provide an update as soon as we have further information to share.
