CODA: Creative Opportunities for Developing Awareness
CODA is a 6-week music therapy group for ages 10-15 of similar strengths, abilities and cognitive level. This group incorporates listening to preferred music, expanding knowledge of music and instruments, creative movement, and songwriting to work on skills such as: social engagement, emotional regulation, emotion expression, self-esteem, and leadership.

True Colors:
True Colors is a 6-week music therapy group for ages 6-8. Members will be supported in their style of communication and will learn and practice functional strategies for improving communication skills and enhancing abilities to socialize and interact meaningfully with others. Participants will gain experiences with expressive language, turn-taking and reciprocal communication, leadership, social awareness, self-esteem and confidence, attention, organization, and self-regulation.

Songwriting Studio:
Songwriting Studio is a 6-week music therapy group for ages 11-16. In this group, members will collaboratively write and record songs with instruction provided to encourage improved self-expression and self-esteem, emotional insight, and social skills. No previous music making experience is required for this group and all materials will be provided for music making and recording.
