Tonight’s supper. Spinach mushroom risotto, Seared scallops in a Cajun mustard sauce, salmon, I used the cream sauce on the salmon, asparagus, and pasta with a slice of garlic bread. It was so good. The creamy mustard sauce is a new find. I wanted to try it on the other food. So that’s why there’s a pasta and risotto.
