Level up your pole game and unlock the full potential of your Jasmine in this workshop that dives deep into one of pole’s most versatile foundational shapes and shows you how to transform it into a launching point for creative movement

Students will explore fresh entries, unique exits, dynamic transitions, and playful pathways that build strength, fluidity, and confidence. You should expect to leave with a expanded movement vocabulary to bring into your freestyle or choreography.

Prerequisites: Participants should be comfortable with a basic jasmine from the floor
