Karen has worked on high profile cases on the city and state level. Today she has come full circle, going back to the main reason she wanted to become a lawyer, and that was to help children and families. Karen says she enjoys family law and is good at it.

What is minor’s counsel? A Minor's Counsel is an appointment a judge makes for an attorney to represent the child or children during a divorce. This typically happens when parents have so much unresolved issues that spilling into the life of their kids that it impacts the kids more than usual and the judge needs extra help and information in making decisions.
