Adventure Yoga

We're heading back to Honduras to an Orphanage!
Yoga scheduled for our team everyday to keep them up and full of energy! 350 kids is a lot! But tons of fun 😊

I started this yoga journey many years ago! Thank you to everyone for being so supportive and letting me try out all the things I had learned on you.

Big take away from all of this? I still feel sore. I really think all the yoga helps, but I came to realize that it was more than a physical practice. Breathing through stressful moments, letting go of stuff I can't control, listening to that still small voice.

I hope to see many of you crazy yoga people out there over the next years traveling down similar paths.
