Live oaks hold a special place in my heart. Especially the ones in College Station, Texas. Growing up there was only one university I even thought of. Fun fact: I didn’t even apply to any schools other than Texas A&M. My Aggie heart is happy this Monday after a few days in that muggy little college town.

I got to visit this precious coffee shop located in the historic Kyle House that’s owned in part by a high school classmate of mine. Go check out if you’re ever in the BCS area!
