One of the easiest things to forget before vacation?
Your mail.

Until you're halfway through your trip wondering what's been delivered.

A Virtual Mailbox lets you securely see what's arriving while you're away and decide what happens next—all from your phone.

It's a simple way to leave town knowing one more thing is already taken care of.

Traveling this summer? Stop by before you head out, and we'll help you get set up.

Three patterns we saw this month:

1. Solo entrepreneurs prepping for summer pop-ups underbuy on the print stack and overbuy on the ad budget. The owners who flipped that ratio (more print, less paid social) had better booth weekends.

2. Wedding gift senders think USPS is best for everything. The right answer for fragile or high-value gifts is that it isn’t always USPS, but what the clear necessity is, is InsureShield® Shipping Protection.

3. Travelers don’t plan trip-prep at PostNet until the last 48 hours. Mail hold, passport photos, document copies, ship-ahead — all of it works better when scheduled a week out.

If any of those describe you, July is a fresh start. Stop in.

Got a wedding on the July or August calendar?

If you’re sending a gift across the country, three multi-carrier rules of thumb:

— Anything fragile or high-value (china, glassware, art): InsureShield® Shipping Protection for shipments valued up to $30,000
— Time-sensitive (wedding’s Saturday, you’re shipping Wednesday): FedEx Express Saver or UPS 2nd Day Air
— Destination weddings: ship to the resort or hotel ahead of arrival, with a clear hold-until date

Bring the gift. We’ll do the comparison live in one stop.

Taking your business to a summer market, fair, or pop-up?
Don’t just show up with products. Show up prepared to keep customers after the event.

Here’s what a smart two-week print build looks like:
✔ Booth banner
✔ Takeaway cards with a website QR code
✔ Branded thank you insert cards for every shopping bag at the event and every shipped order after the event
✔ Simple signup sheet to grow your email list

The businesses that win their first booth usually aren’t the ones with the biggest budgets.
They’re the ones who planned the full customer journey before they ever set up the table.
A good pop-up shouldn’t end when the market closes Saturday afternoon.

Have a market or pop-up coming up this summer? Stop by PostNet— we’ll help you map out the print pieces you actually need.

Sending a wedding gift across the country this summer?

Three things make the difference between an heirloom arriving safely and a casserole dish arriving in pieces:
— Right packaging for the fragility (we have it)
— Right carrier for the destination (we quote and ship multiple carriers )
— We offer InsureShield® Shipping Protection for shipments valued up to $30,000

Bring the gift. We’ll handle the rest.
