Builds rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
Explains to customers the best products for their needs
Recommends related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience
Promotes special sales, offers and awareness of benefits when the customer buys from our company
Knows how to use/navigate CRM efficiently and affectively
Is knowledgeable in creating/posting (Facebook, Craigslist, etc.)
