Life throws us a lot of things sometimes. You have a lot of interesting challenges that presents itself to us in the form of stress, and stress is not always a bad thing. Within that realm of internal and external stimuli that wrecks havoc on our immune systems and heart, our mind body and soul--- within that perpetual state of impossibility is the remedy and that is the control we have to advocate for ourselves and our wellbeing. You make that choice for yourself and that is the most powerful thing we have: our choices.

The good, the bad, the meh. Life seems to be a sandwhich of things that is gonna make it even MORE a important for you to be really good with self care. If you don't make the choice to carve out space in your life to take care of yourself, who will?
