Congrats to Bandit Karen for her 2nd place AG finish and monster 50k PR (36 minutes!) this weekend at the Dirty German 50k in Philly! Karen is consistent and relentless in her training and she shows up and shows out every time.

Bandit Shadow absolutely crushed the Flying Pig series this weekend! He knocked out a quick 5k and 10k before setting a new marathon PR this morning!! Love seeing this guy’s work paying off. Way to go!

Congrats to Bandit Jake for his performance at the Locomotion 24 Hour! He had a plan and a goal and he crushed it…setting a new distance PR for this event. Way to go Jake!

Congratulations to Bandit Jon for his stellar finish at the Ouachita 50 Miler! Jon has been working hard all winter and it paid off in a huge course PR. Way to go, Jon!

Shoutout to Bandit Karen for her performance at the Double Chubb 50k yesterday. Karen took a top 10 female finish, AND set a 2 HOUR PR for the distance! Y’all better watch out for this lady!!

Medal Monday! And I’m happy to share the Bandits brought home some hardware at the Big Buffalo races this past weekend.

🏆Bandit Ryan sped to an almost 3 HOUR PR on the course (and a new 50k PR) and landed himself on the OA podium.
🥇Bandit Will brought home the 1st OA win at the 10k distance.
🥇Bandit Andrea and her team also snagged a 1st place Women’s award in the 50k relay.

Strong efforts all around!

Rounding out our Bandit shout outs is Bandit Jake! He completed his second 100 mile race with at Viper last weekend. Congratulations!

Bandit Rochard showed true grit at Viper 200…setting a 120 MILE distance PR and taking home 🥈OA Male prize! This guy has no quit, even cutting the toes out of his shoes rather than give in to the blisters. So proud of this guy and his never-quit attitude!

Bandit Karen smoked her Viper 25k over the weekend, taking home the 🥈OA Female prize! Karen also volunteered at the 100-200-300 mile events, helping runners dine their own finish lines.

Bandit Coaching is a little behind in highlight posts after a week at Viper 300, but our athletes have still been busy doing big things!

David and daughter had fantastic races at the Germantown 5k, both snagging AG awards🥇🥉

Kelly continued her international streak with the Lisbon 1/2 marathon! Look out 🌎!
