𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫. 🎉….Take a deep breath… we’re headed in the right direction now. 😄

𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀… 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝘆𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝘁’𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲. This is me today after having a tube placed to measure my acid reflux over the next 24 hours. They even send you home wearing a f***y pack to wear that holds the monitor.

Not exactly a fashion statement. 😄

For years, I thought acid reflux meant heartburn. It doesn’t always.

Sometimes it’s a raspy voice. Constant throat clearing. A chronic cough. Waking up with a sore throat. Feeling like something is stuck in your throat. Many people have what’s called 𝗦𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝘂𝘅 and never experience the classic burning sensation.

I’ve spent my career helping people sleep better, and one thing I’ve learned is that not every sleep problem starts with the bed. Sometimes the issue isn’t your mattress at all.

I’m still looking for my own answers, but if sharing this encourages even one person to talk with their doctor instead of just living with these symptoms, it’ll be worth it.

🇺🇸 𝐘𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚’𝐬 𝟐𝟓𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲. 𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝.

This handcrafted American flag headboard was created by 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐰𝐨𝐥𝐟 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 using solid wood, a precision CNC-cut steel overlay, and hours of hand craftsmanship.

The white background was painted by hand. The red stripes, blue field, and every star were individually hand-painted before being carefully assembled into the finished piece. It is securely mounted to the wall using a heavy-duty French cleat, creating a clean, floating appearance while providing exceptional strength and stability.

As our nation begins its next 250 years, here’s to 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐬, and everyone who still believes quality is worth creating.
