Every brand starts with an idea — our role is turning that idea into something that can exist in the real world. We’re looking back on brands we helped get started, and love showing our work and creative ideas along the way.
For Joints, the goal was to capture a raw 90’s skate-punk aesthetic while building a brand system that could function in modern retail. Working closely with the client, we focused on understanding the attitude and culture they wanted the brand to represent, then translated that into a bold visual identity and packaging direction.
At Full Scale, design and manufacturing thinking happen at the same time. From logo development and typography to packaging materials and finishes, everything is created with production and scalability in mind.

At Full Scale, we love building packaging that does more than hold a product—it builds a world around the brand. ChemsFB.com has been one of those dream partners where creativity meets function, and we’ve been able to push the limits on every drop.
From the early days of simple windowed boxes with clean inserts…
to fully wrapped chipboard builds with trays and sleeves…
to hard-structured collector boxes with custom foam cutouts made to hold a fingerboard, stickers, and extras… Every piece has been dialed to bring the Chems vibe to life right out of the mailer. But the wildest project yet?
A fully manufactured box with real aluminum coping built into the side—a literal grind box you can session the moment it lands on your doorstep. Packaging that doubles as an obstacle? Yeah… that’s the type of energy we like around here.

We loved helping Popped Candy bring their freeze-dried treats to life with these beautiful clear pouches! At Full Scale Co, we designed and printed packaging that shows off the product while keeping the vibrant brand energy front and center.
If you don’t know Popped Candy yet — they’re based in New Mexico and make insanely good freeze-dried snacks, from Sour Blue Raspberry to Sandia Sunrise. Their process removes 99% of moisture, leaving crunchy, airy, flavor-packed bites you can’t put down.
