My body surprised me. I was soooooo sore waking up this morning. At Jiu Jitsu yesterday we did 3 five minute rounds in a row 🤪🤪🤪 and I could barely lift my water bottle after. I’ve been sore everywhere since moving a week ago and I didn’t know how my body would do racing a 10k. I’ve been doing a hard 5k almost every week this past month, but only running easy efforts for longer runs.
I was thrilled with my time and ended up 3rd female. The whole 6.2 miles felt so hard, but exactly what I needed 4 weeks out from

One of the questions I get often is about donating plasma affecting workouts. My regular plasma place is close to one of my regular gyms, so I plan to do plasma and then train 99% of the time.
This morning I woke up exhausted. The past 7 days have been way more physical, mental, and emotional than my typical busy and overwhelming day to day. I did my morning routine, donated plasma, and went straight to the gym. My workout actually ended up better than expected with how I felt this morning 🙌💪🏻🔥
Donating plasma has never made my workouts harder, I’ve never passed out, if I’m hungry after plasma, I drink a or eat a protein or energy bar (donating plasma does burn extra calories) 🔥🔥🔥
Of course every BODY is different, so you have to be smart and make sure it works for you if this is what you’re choosing. I’m just sharing my personal experiences.

Today’s ACTIONS toward Financial Freedom
1. Donated plasma
2. Initiated a refund for a week of Coura’s camp she no longer needs
3. Picked up an extra coaching shift
4. I was in traffic, and really wanted to go into the toll lane, but didn’t.
5. I went the whole day without buying any new food, because I have plenty at home.
6. I turned in sick/vacation pay at two of my jobs for my next pay period.
7. I listened to two hours of Dave Ramsey while I was working out/driving all over the place today.
8. Skipped a month of 3 supps subscriptions.
9. Did 2 hours of research tonight for a cheaper car.
10. Did an hour of research tonight to hire cheapest movers.
