we made the biggest mistake you could possibly make while gardening and mixed all of our seedlings up 😩 but instead of letting our extras go to waste, we gave them away for FREE on marketplace. it was so nice to connect with other local gardeners and maybe we’ll get to see what these plants turn into! either way, it felt good to give them a good home. we’re curious, did any of y’all end up with our tomatoes?! 👀🍅

before pablo moved in, i was in awe of the yard, invasive trees & all! i could have never imagined the potential. and one day he said, “i want to build you a creek back here with some trees” and i said “can they be aspens and we make a mini grove?!” and pablo said “hold my 🍺” 🥲🥹 and with that…T-minus 9 months until we have to completely deconstruct the entire yard. the move-out countdown has sadly begun ❤️‍🩹 for now, we are hugging our Aspens tight & appreciating how tall & full they’ve grown!! yes they have sprung up babies. yes we will move every single one of them with us when go. yes we are feeling pretty sad & a little nervous about what’s to come. but for now, we’re soaking the yard all in while we can!

Suh dudes! We wanted to shed some light on our new friend Timothy who was evicted from his beautiful house after losing his mother, grandmother & his job, and is now living in a non-functioning motor home. He’s hoping to reach his goal of just $900 more so he can move into a livable space and we vowed to help in any way that we can! He’s overcome surgeries, cancer, a su*cide attempt - so he’s a survivor to say the least. But he is also a writer & a lover of orchids and animals. we haven’t been running the backyard creek because of the drought, but CO is finally getting some much needed rain this week! the creek filled itself so we turned the pump on and have been enjoying the sounds of flowing water & birds this morning. we hope you enjoy it too 🥰
