Last week, EVG was proud to have a representative in Washington, D.C. alongside the Women in H**p group as part of the H**p Beverage Alliance to advocate for smart, responsible regulation of adult-use h**p products and protection for consumer access to full spectrum h**p products that are often chosen for wellness.

With the current h**p ban scheduled to go into effect next November, full-spectrum h**p products could become illegal if Congress does not act. This would have a significant impact on farmers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers across the country.

While in D.C., our team met with multiple House and Senate staffers to discuss the importance of clear federal regulation that supports safety, transparency, and a thriving h**p industry, not prohibition.

We believe in responsible manufacturing, rigorous testing, and common-sense policy. The h**p industry needs a regulatory framework that protects consumers while allowing businesses to operate legally and responsibly.
