Today we honor the men and women who gave everything on distant battlefields, in service to others, in the line of duty, and in the battles fought here at home.

Some wars are visible, while others are carried in silence.

Their sacrifice lives on through the freedoms we carry, the lives we lead, and the people we refuse to forget.

Here's the truth nobody wants to say out loud:

Nobody is coming to save you.

And that's actually the most freeing thing you can hear.

The moment you stop looking for permission or rescue and start taking full ownership of your health, your mindset, your daily standard, that's when things change.

Not because the world changed. Because you did.

Congratulations Homie!

February 19th, we had the honor of attending one of our Lift to Live homies’ graduation from the Criminal Justice Academy, stepping into a profession that doesn’t hand out comfort.

Not only did this homie graduate from the academy, but also received the Instructors Award for his outstanding leadership.

Between Dylan & Phil, we’ve got just under two decades in law enforcement. We know what this job takes. We know what it costs. And we know the kind of person it requires.

We are proud of you for stepping into the fire instead of watching from the sidelines.
