Definitely missing the warmer weather from last week, but it’s nice to get back into the gym feeling refreshed and motivated!

Made it to the gym twice on the cruise and stayed active/moving. Had some nagging injuries I was dealing with from pushing myself of late and the light week was just what I needed. Recovery needs stays undefeated, I can’t ignore it!

What have I been up to?! Working, lifting, chilling 😂.

I’ve found a lot of enjoyment lately on my off days from the gym just going to shoot around and then hop in the sauna for 20 minutes. Both are still stressors but they’re lower intensity and restorative relative to the typical day for me.

Anywhooo, maybe I’ll get inspired to hop on here a bit more again. We shall see 😃💪🏻
Tried out rock climbing for the first time today! What a fun activity and great workout😅. Me and the kids will be doing this a lot more in the future for sure. I can’t wait to try more challenging climbs 😃🧗
