🧠✨ The mind is a funny but powerful tool when you decide to commit and use it!

Seeing some of these first-timers in my Tour of Africa Afrofusion class step out of their comfort zone and leave everything on the dance floor was awesome.

From social dancing: Bachata, Salsa,Konpa, Kizomba or Urban Kiz, to diving into the world of Afro dance shessh is a beautiful task at which they showed up, trusted the process, and pushed themselves beyond what they thought was possible.
Growth starts the moment you stop overthinking and start moving.
I’m extremely proud of each and every one of them. The energy, effort, and determination were unmatched. This is just the beginning wait till we start focusing more on structure and technique and movement…. See you at the next class.
