Thank you to and for featuring my insights in this piece on aqua therapy.
Water therapy was a big part of my recovery routine after my risk reducing surgeries in 2020.
What I love most about water workouts is that they help you stay active and get stronger without putting as much stress on your joints.
This makes movement (and recovery) feel so much more doable, especially during seasons of injury, pain, or limited mobility.
And who doesn't love being in a warm pool?! That is definitely the best part. 😍
