Had a shower pan leaking onto the downstairs ceiling and once we started tearing out, noticed that a lot more had to be done to get this put back correctly. Tore out and sistered in joists for a new level subfloor, new plumbing for the drain, and an all new shower pan and surround.

A little sneak peak of a massive basement remodel we’ve been working on.

This 2000sqft basement was covered in exterior wood siding for walls, mirrors, carpet, and more. Now all of that is gone and drywall with board and batten, new doors and floors are in progress.

We can’t wait to walk away from this one knowing we’ve brought it back into present time!
