This is the third time where someone has called for an estimate. I did the estimate. We agreed at the price and a day. Then they cancelled on me at last minute.
That messes with my bills. And my time. As I could have scheduled a job.

Now there is a cancellation fee of 100 dollars if we agree on work.

I have kids to feed. I can keep schedule jobs and they cancel on me without anytime to fill the spot.
