To our Intoxalock customers - we are aware of the service problems created by the cyber/security breach at Intoxalock. If you're due for a calibration or have received a lockout notification, all we are able to do at this point is connect your device to the service machine and give a 10 day extension for calibrations/lockouts (this service will not cost you anything). We are unable to access our Intoxalock service center account, and our communication with them is limited to the same text message line as everyone else. They have not given any estimated time for restoration of service. We know this is causing people lots of issues, and if we are given any other ways to help we will certainly let you all know. We will update here with any information as we get it!

We're closing down for the day due to the weather. We have folks heading home to Jefferson, and want to make sure everyone makes it home safely. (Our phone and internet are down also, which makes it hard to get things done also!). Feel free to message us on here if you need us, or you can leave a message on the shop voicemail that we'll return tomorrow. Stay safe and warm!
