Youth LEADERship October Day: Agriculture & Sustainability

Our YL participants spent the day exploring the vital role agriculture plays in Ashtabula County!

The day began at the OSU Extension Office before heading to Rustler Ranch and Gale Farms, where students learned about livestock, row crops, and the daily life of local farmers.

Through interactive activities, hands-on learning, and thoughtful reflection, students discovered how sustainability connects to leadership and community well-being.
