5 award winning Chefs from 4 countries USA, Australian, Vietnam and Cambodia have combined their skills to create a spectacular dinner for a great cause on Friday 31 July.
International Chefs Vu Tran Judyta Slupnicki Mengly Mork and Chef Chris Holen will join with the Novotel Sihanoukville Holiday Resort Executive Chef Luon Suban.
The international chefs are volunteering their time and the Novotel is supporting this dinning experience with proceeds to SPOONS Cambodia Organization.
An experience not to be missed.
Plus there will be wines from Germany, Australia, France, South Africa and Italy to make this a truly global taste sensation.
Chefs Michael Brine Judyta Slupnicki from Australia and Chef Chris Holen from USA are now in Phnom Penh preparing for Friday nights dinner. Great to see they will have some further assistance from Cambodian Chef Mengly Mork along with the team from Courtyard by Marriott in Phnom Penh
