Hi Instagram. It’s been ✌️years since I started FIT4MOM SLO County to the day! I thought it would be appropriate to re-introduce myself and let you know what we’ve been up to. I’m Ali, and this is my Squad Fam: Eric, Ramsey, Reid, Ziggy (not pictured because someone threw a ball) and me! This little biz has been through it all this year thanks to Covid, but we’re back in full force for the summer. Things you can count on us for this year:
