WHY "TYPE 9"?

I knew I would have to explain this at some point. ;)

I took the name Type 9 from the Enneagram, an ancient system of personality typing that describes patterns in how people interpret the world and manage their emotions. There are nine personality types within the Enneagram (with noted variations within the types), and I am a Type 9, or The Peacemaker. Very broadly speaking, this means I value connection, harmony, and a lack of conflict in my life. The Enneagram has greatly helped me in many aspects of my life and personal relationships, so it seemed fitting that I took inspiration from it for the name of my business.

If you would like to learn more about the Enneagram, I highly recommend the work of Don Riso and Ross Hudson at the Enneagram Institute, Father Richard Rohr, and Suzanne Stabile. They are all master teachers of the Enneagram and extremely gifted communicators.
