Over the last few days, life hit me with something I definitely wasn’t expecting.

I’m currently in the hospital dealing with a serious medical issue involving a possible ruptured esophagus. It’s been painful, stressful, and honestly a reminder of how quickly life can force you to slow down and focus on what actually matters.

As someone who is used to staying busy, building, working, and constantly moving forward, this has been a humbling experience.

The good news is I’m in good hands, staying positive, and taking this one step at a time. I’m tough, and I plan on getting through this.

I’d truly appreciate any thoughts and prayers for healing, strength, and for my family as we navigate the days ahead.

And if there’s one takeaway from this for everyone reading: take care of your health. We only get one body, and life can change fast.
