We’re excited to announce the start of construction on The Standard at Kennesaw, Landmark Properties’ newest purpose-built student housing community serving Kennesaw State University.

Developed in partnership with Paceline Equity Partners, the 656-bed community will feature a variety of floorplans, premium amenities, and a prime location less than a mile from campus. Located steps from Florida State University in Tallahassee’s College Town neighborhood, this 860-bed student housing community is comprised of three mid-rise buildings across adjacent blocks. The development offers a mix of studio to six-bedroom, fully furnished residences with premium finishes, complemented by 30,000 square feet of amenities - including a rooftop clubhouse and resort-style pool deck overlooking Doak Campbell Stadium, a state-of-the-art fitness center with cold plunge and sauna, expansive study and collaboration spaces, and multiple indoor and outdoor social areas.
