Did you know ? Our butter lettuce is grown in a controlled environment where we have complete control over the Temperature, Lights and nutrients. Best part about our growing is the sun provides 95% of the plants needs for photosynthesis and growth! An added bonus of using natural light is that our greenhouse is natural warmed by the sun 🌞 during cool times of the year!
