Greendragon Thread

Dear friends! I am so excited to be able to announce the acceptance of my upcycled dragon sculpture 'Garden' that I handcrafted from a single pair of blue jeans to the Yeiser Art Center 's Fantastic Fibers 2026 exhibition! This is my first acceptance to a juried art exhibition and I am so honored.

The exhibition runs through May 16th and the gallery reception is next Thursday, April 23rd from 4-7pm at their gallery in Paducah, KY.

I don't expect Athenians to make the trek over, but if you happen to be in the neighborhood, come say hi!

So many thanks to everyone who made it out to yesterday's opening! I can't tell you how much I appreciate your support. And so much gratitude to Ed Fisher and Purple Chopstix for the opportunity to have this show in your beautiful and artful restaurant, for preparing delicious food for the reception, and for reaching out to me with the idea for a Year of the Dragon Show!
