I have 2 personal training slots available at Athens 24/7 Family Fitness starting Nov 1st. First one is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9am and second is Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday at 12pm. Perfect timing to help keep off those holiday lbs…PM me for details before they’re gone.

Miller Athletics will be out of the office Oct 16-20 but will be handling all clients and inquiries remotely.

Hey guys with my daughter being done with school this week I have some one on one training slots coming available…my 7am Monday-Friday will be available, my 9am Monday- Friday, and my 4pm Monday-Thursday will be available starting next week!! PM me for details. I still have my Miller Athletics Women’s Groups and Miller Athletics Bootcamp available 6 days a week for those wanting groups.
