Thanksgiving is just around the corner, which means preorders are now open for pies! This year, we are making a Maple Pecan Pie with cacao nibs, and a Sweet Potato Pie with sweet potatoes that is lightly spiced with ginger and cinnamon. Additionally, the crust is made with house milled, bolted wheat flour, some of which is local from .

Pickup for pies will be Wednesday, November 24th. You can call the bakery at 706-850-3550 to reserve, or do it in person at the bakery. We will also start selling a few slices of these pies soon so you can try them!

Now selling pizza bianca on Saturdays! This one has crispy potatoes, lots of extra virgin olive oil, rosemary from the patio, salt and black pepper. $3/slice!
