Long Meditation this Sunday June 28; At Serenity Roots, 8950 Lavelle Rd, in the yoga studio building. From 10 to 11am, starting with 20 minutes quiet sitting meditation, (on chairs or floor cushions) then walking meditation (optional) followed by 20 minutes of sitting meditation. All welcome, no cost.

Sunday June 21 from 10 to 11- we are studying the 37 Practices of a Bodhisattva. This is an important effort to build our capacity for kindness to all beings.
