New FinCEN Reporting Requirements - What Realtors Should Know!

Starting March 1, certain real estate transactions, especially those involving LLCs or investment properties - may require additional federal reporting.

- The good news? Realtors are not responsible for filing these reports.

- The biggest takeaway is simple: early communication = smoother closings.
