This is the next project. The dimensions are 10x16 with a fold out roof and porch at the push of a button. This unit should go for around 45k fully loaded. But this one will be going for much cheaper not sure yet but I know I can make a DIY package for 10k that's just the lumber and logs pre cut. But let me know what you think. We might run a raffle for this one. But it's not spoken for yet.
