Community Crossroads

Community Crossroads families- come join our Family Support Council for Pizza in the Park at Meetinghouse Park on July 28th at 6pm. Hampstead Cable Television will be hosting The Key Elements Band (a band right from the Seacoast!) who will be playing acoustic rock favorites while we enjoy an opportunity to network and collaborate with members of the Family Support Council as well as other families!

This event will be held rain or shine. Any thunder or lightning will cause the event to be cancelled, notification of this will be sent out via email and posted on our page.

July is a time to celebrate disability as a natural part of human diversity. It is a time to recognize our history, our culture, and the disability rights movement that has expanded access and opportunity for millions of people.

Disability Pride is about more than awareness. It is about belonging. It is about challenging barriers. It is about building communities where everyone can participate, contribute, and thrive.

At ABLE NH, we'll spend the month sharing stories, challenging myths, celebrating disability culture, and highlighting the work that still lies ahead.
